The Bird chili is a rare variety in Cambodia now grown at La Plantation. The chili fruits are harvested by hand, dried immediately and packaged immediately to retain all their flavor.
Our bird peppers are picked while still green on the plant. After drying, they reveal more vegetal scents while retaining the power of chili. He scores 8/10 on the Scoville scale.
