Delivery terms and shipping of the order
In theory, for a delivery in Metropolitan France, the delivery is carried out under 48h and 3 to 5 days in Europe. Depending on the availability of the selected items, La Plantation will do its best to send your order within the delivery time indicated on the product sheet. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday via our logistics service.
Areas and delivery method
The products will be delivered to the address you enter when placing your order on the website and which appears on the order form.
The delivery area includes:
Metropolitan France and French overseas departments and territories, Belgium, as well as the countries of the European Union and Switzerland. If you live in a country outside the European Union or Switzerland, please contact us by email shop@laplantation.com. We will provide you with the contact information of our nearest retailer in order to get our products.
The delivery areas are defined as shown below:
France zone
DOM-TOM zone: Guadeloupe, Martinique, Reunion, Guyana, French Polynesia
Zone 1: Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg
Zone 2: Austria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom
Zone 3: Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden
Zone 4: Finland, Greece, Norway, Bulgaria, Malta
Other countries (not included in the delivery areas mentioned, please contact us by email shop@laplantation.com)
Delivery cost
The shipping costs and the shipping method apply according to the geographical area in which you reside and the amount of the order. They are those in force on the day of the transmission of the order as they appear on the Plantation website on the date of the order.
In the event of delivery outside the European Union, you are responsible, as the importer, for the payment of all customs duties, taxes or other charges imposed on the arrival of the goods.
The terms of delivery are as follows
Delivery in France
Shipping is free for orders of 80€ or more.
For all orders of less than 80€, the delivery costs are 8,40€ incl. VAT.
Your order will be shipped by post (Colissimo) within 48 hours. Depending on the availability of the selected items, we will do our best to ship your order within the delivery time indicated.
Delivery in the French overseas departments and territories
(Guadeloupe, Mayotte, Martinique, Réunion, Guyane)
Shipping is free for orders of 100€ or more.
For all orders of less than 100€, the delivery costs are 18€.
Your order will be shipped by French post service (Colissimo) within 3 to 5 days. Depending on the availability of the selected items, we will do our best to ship your order within the delivery time indicated. It may take longer than expected, so please be patient or contact us to know the status of your delivery.
Delivery in Zone 1
(Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg)
Shipping is free for orders of 80€ or more.
For all orders of less than 80€, the delivery costs are 8.5€, plus the standard VAT for each country of delivery.
This amounts to :
– 10.12€ for Germany,
– 10.29€ for Belgium and the Netherlands
– 9.95€ for Luxembourg.

Depending on the availability of the selected items, we will do our best to ship your order within the delivery time indicated. Delivery in Zone 2
(Austria, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, United Kingdom)
Shipping is free for orders of 100€ or more.
For all orders of less than 100€, the delivery costs are 10.50€, plus the standard VAT for each country of delivery.
This amounts to :
– 12.60€ for Austria,
– 12.71€ for Spain,
– 12.92€ for Ireland and Portugal,
– 12.81€ for Italy
– 10.50€ for the United Kingdom (import tax and VAT to be paid by the importer).

Delivery in Zone 3
(Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden)
Shipping is free for orders of 100€ or more.
For all orders of less than 100€, the delivery costs are 12€, plus the standard VAT for each country of delivery.
This amounts to :
– 15€ for Denmark,

– 15.24€ for Hungary,
– 14.52€ for Latvia, Lithuania and the Czech Republic,
– 14.76€ for Poland,
– 14.64€ for Slovenia,
– 15€ for Sweden,

(Finland, Norway, Malta, Bulgaria, Greece)
Shipping is free for orders of 100€ or more.
For all orders of less than 100€, the delivery costs are 20€, plus the standard VAT for each country of delivery.
This amounts to :
– 24.80€ for Finland and Greece
– 24€ for Bulgaria
– 23.60€ for Malta
– 20€ for Norway (import taxes and VAT to be paid by the importer).

Delivery in the rest of the world
If you live in a country outside of the delivery areas listed or if you want to have your order delivered to the rest of the world, please contact us and we will provide you with the contact information of our nearest reseller.
Claims on delivery
At La Plantation, we are driven by human values, so we take into account the possibility of concerns about the shipment of your products and we will make sure to find the best solutions for you. Please check your package upon arrival. In case of non-delivery or damage to the package and goods, or any doubt whatsoever on the condition or content of your package, you have the right to refuse the goods and contact us by e-mail (shop@kampotpepper.com) or in the “contact” section, within 7 days of receipt (keeping the invoice and the signed delivery note).
We will do our best to find the most convenient solution and send you your order in the best conditions and time.
