The blend includes coriander, cumin, fenugreek, turmeric, garlic, onion, shallot, caraway, black pepper, asafoetida, curry leaves, urid, mustard seeds, and clove, mixed with canola and sesame oils.

What Is Vadouvan?
Vadouvan is a French-influenced Indian curry blend. It’s milder than traditional curry and known for its deep, layered taste. Made with slow-toasted spices, dried onion, and garlic, it adds richness without overpowering the natural flavor of seafood.
