Dried Mango with Red Kampot Pepper

Preheat your oven to 180°C.
Cut the Dried Mango into small pieces.
In a saucepan, heat the milk with the mango pieces until it reaches a boil. Remove from heat and let steep for a few minutes.
In a bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs, then add the flour and a pinch of salt, and mix well.
Combine the milk mixture with the egg mixture and stir until smooth.
Grease a deep baking dish to ensure the far has a nice thickness.
Pour the mixture into the prepared dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes, checking doneness with a toothpick or knife.
