Pancakes with Wild
Cardamoms

Pitted apricots, halved

Water
250ml
Bring the water and honey to a boil in a saucepan. Cook the apricots (or other fruit depending on the season) for 5 minutes. Pour into a bowl of cold water.
Mix the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and coconut oil in a bowl. Then stir in flour and baking powder.
Cook the pancakes in a pan for a few minutes on each side. Serve with coconut yoghurt, apricots, and Wild Cardamom Duo Sauce, made from our 2 varieties of Cardamom: Wild Cardamom and Forest Cardamom.
