Discover our latest hot sauce
Requested by a famous house in Normandy to accompany the good oysters of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, we have designed this green chilli sauce, with a light spiciness. It will accompany your dishes from breakfast to dinner; on eggs, avocados, oysters, fish, seafood, gazpacho, vinaigrette, tartars, etc.
Here are some recipe ideas:
– Oysters with Green Pepper Duo Sauce: Add a few drops of Green Pepper Duo Sauce to your freshly opened raw oyster. Simple and delicious!
– Guacamole with Green Pepper Duo Sauce: Mash ripe avocados with diced tomatoes, red onion, garlic, lime juice and salt. Add a few dashes of Green Pepper Duo sauce to taste for a delicious twist on classic guacamole.
– Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Green Pepper Duo Sauce: Marinate peeled shrimp in a mixture of olive oil, green pepper sauce, garlic and lime juice. Thread the shrimp onto skewers and grill until cooked through. Serve with extra Green Pepper Duo Sauce as a condiment.
– Chicken Tacos with Green Chilli Duo Sauce: Cook the diced chicken breast in a pan with the cumin, Sweet Long Chilli powder and salt. Serve the chicken on warm tortillas with shredded lettuce, diced tomato and a drizzle of Green Pepper Duo Sauce.
– Bloody Mary with Green Pepper Duo Sauce: Mix tomato juice, vodka, Tamarind BBQ sauce, and a few dashes of Green Pepper Duo Sauce in a shaker with ice. Strain into a glass and garnish with celery, olives and a wedge of lime.
– Deviled Eggs with Green Pepper Duo Sauce: Mix hard-boiled egg yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt and a few dashes of Green Pepper Duo Sauce. Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites and sprinkle with Sweet Long Pepper powder or Smoky Mix.
These are just a few ideas, but you can use Green Pepper Duo Sauce to add zest and flavour to almost any dish!
