Victim of its success
The taste of sun-ripened pineapple spiced with
Red Kampot Pepper
Harvested at full ripeness, our pineapples are bursting with juice. Peeled and sliced, the pineapples are soaked in syrup and dried at low temperatures. This process ensures that the pineapple slices retain their intense flavour and very tender texture, making them a delight to eat.
Their intense, slightly sweet taste is enhanced by freshly ground Red Kampot Pepper, which is sprinkled on the dried pineapples. The Red Kampot Pepper is the mildest of our peppers. The peppercorns ripen on the vine, transitioning from green to red. They are then handpicked one by one and sun-dried. Red Kampot Pepper develops notes of tobacco and red fruits, which pair perfectly with the sweet softness of the dried pineapple.
Dried pineapples with red Kampot pepper will quickly become your favourite snack, ideal for breakfast to provide an energy boost and a rich source of fibre.

Dried Pineapple embodies an authentic Cambodian delight, showcasing the rich tropical flavours of this region. It is much more than a simple snack; it is a culinary tradition that celebrates the natural sweetness of pineapple in a convenient and delicious form.
Grown in the fertile lands of Cambodia, the pineapple is carefully selected and prepared using artisanal methods passed down through generations. This ancestral know-how ensures exceptional quality in every bite.
The pineapple slices are sun-dried, a process that intensifies the fruit’s natural flavour while preserving its nutritional benefits. This traditional technique produces a healthy and delicious snack, imbued with the tropical character of the region.
This snack offers an explosion of exotic sweetness in every piece. The dehydration process concentrates the natural sugars of the pineapple, creating a rich and sweet taste experience that transports your taste buds to the sunny orchards of Cambodia.
Dried Pineapple offers an effective solution to extend the shelf life of pineapples, utilise surplus harvests, reduce post-harvest losses, and provide a versatile alternative that helps prevent food waste in various ways, making this delicious snack a sustainable and responsible option.
When pineapple production is abundant and a large quantity cannot be consumed or sold fresh, the drying process provides a solution to utilise surplus harvests. This transformation converts excess pineapples into a durable and economically viable form. Dried pineapples can be stored for months or even years without deterioration, thus reducing the risk of waste associated with the rapid spoilage of fresh fruit.
Fresh fruits have a limited shelf life and are prone to rapid deterioration. Drying preserves the nutritional quality of pineapples while reducing post-harvest losses, thus helping to minimise food waste. Pineapples that do not meet the aesthetic standards of the fresh fruit market can still be transformed into dried pineapple. This practice allows the use of slightly damaged or imperfect fruits, thereby reducing waste linked to the cosmetic criteria of fresh produce.
Dried pineapples occupy less space and are lighter than fresh pineapples, facilitating long-distance transportation without the risk of spoilage. This enables more efficient distribution and reduces losses during transport.
