Our Green Pepper Rub Blend offers a carefully balanced composition of meticulously selected spices. Specially designed for marinades, this blend provides exceptional depth of flavour. Tips for Creating a Marinade with Our green pepper Rub Blend:

  • Prepare the Marinade: Start by mixing a generous portion of our Green Pepper rub mix with olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. This aromatic base makes a perfect marinade for various types of meat, whether poultry, beef, or even seafood.
  • Apply the Marinade: Apply the marinade evenly over the meat of your choice. Ensure the surface of the meat is well covered, allowing the green pepper Rub Seasoning to infuse its rich and spicy aromas. For optimal absorption, use a basting brush or gently massage the marinade into the meat.

Our dehydrated Green Kampot Pepper is picked young, before maturity. Hand-harvested, it is then dehydrated at a low temperature to retain its vibrant green colour and vegetal, fresh aromas. The aromatic and gustatory quality of Green Kampot Pepper IGP is recognised by chefs and gourmets alike.

Specifically designed for marinades, our Green Pepper Rub Seasoning continues this heritage by offering a carefully balanced composition of meticulously chosen spices. Whether you are preparing grilled chicken, roasted beef, or stewed vegetables, this blend brings a new and delicious dimension to your cooking.

Green Kampot Pepper brings pungent and vegetal notes to this rub, which is perfect for a steak, pork ribs, fish such as salmon and tuna, or vegetables.
