This limited edition box contains the fresh spice blends we have created at La Plantation:
– Our Kampot Pepper with Salt (Prix Epicures 2020) is an exclusive creation of La Plantation. To crunch it is to adopt it!
– Our Smoky Mix: its slight smoky taste brings a typical aroma and a delicate flavour.
– Our Green Khmer Curry is a traditional Khmer recipe with a light spicy taste and lemony and vegetal notes.
– Our Red Khmer Curry is another traditional version of Khmer curry, aromatic and deliberately not spicy.
– Our Peppers & Spices Mix is a very fragrant and peppery blend, crushed and without added salt.
The “Our Ready to Use” box comes with a recipe card “Red Vegetable Curry”, taken from the Season Suppers Recipe Book, Vol. 1.
Some recipe ideas: Fish curries, vegetable curries. Our curry powders can be used dry (meat or vegetable stir-fry) or added to coconut milk for a sauce dish. The Smoked Mix is delicious with carrots, peppers or jacket potatoes. Salt Pepper will surprise in a chocolate mousse. A Pepper steak with the Pepper & Spice blend is delicious.
