Our Tropical Delight Herbal Tea is a new creation, the result of blending several plants grown directly on our Kampot Family Farm. Each of these plants contributes to the rich aromas and benefits of this exotic infusion:
– Pineapple (Ananas comosus): Grown under the tropical sun of Kampot, our pineapple offers a natural, juicy sweetness that evokes the tropical flavours of the region.
– Turmeric (Curcuma longa): Harvested when ripe, turmeric adds a golden hue to our herbal tea, providing not only subtle warmth but also health benefits.
– Hibiscus chalices (Hibiscus rosa-sinensis): Scarlet Hibiscus flower from our farm add a vibrant floral touch, creating a visually appealing and taste-balanced infusion.
– White Turmeric (Curcuma zedoaria): This rare variety of White Turmeric, grown exclusively on our farm, contributes to the herbal tea’s aromatic complexity, offering a subtle elegance with every sip.
-Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus): Our lemongrass, grown without any chemical additions, infuses the herbal tea with a distinctive lemony freshness, creating a refreshing experience for the taste buds.
– Kumquat (Fortunella spp.): Hand-picked kumquats add a zesty citrus note, harmoniously complementing the other flavours to create an energising infusion.
– Forest Cardamom (Amomum testaceum): Harvested wild from the forests of the Cardamom Mountain Range, our Forest Cardamom offers a minty, slightly smoky note that gives the herbal tea a distinctive depth.
For the best experience, pour hot (not boiling) water over one tablespoon of Tropical Delights infusion for a large cup. Leave to infuse for 10 minutes to fully release the aromas and flavours. For a cold infusion, we recommend infusing for at least 24 hours, to allow the flavours to develop to the full.
How to serve:
– Infusion variation: For a lighter or stronger herbal tea, adjust the infusion time accordingly. The longer the infusion time, the more intense the flavour.
– Personalise According to Your Preferences: Add honey or a touch of sweetness, as you wish.

Brew 1 teaspoon per cup, in simmering water, for 10 minutes.
