Cream the butter, Palm Sugar and salt until light and fluffy. Add the egg and mix until well incorporated.
In a bowl, mix the flour and Chai Mix. Gradually add to the wet mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Spread the dough between two sheets of greaseproof paper. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Cut out biscuit shapes and place in the freezer for 3-5 minutes.
Bake for 8-10 minutes (the edges should not be golden brown). Leave to cool on a wire rack.
