Melt a little butter in a saucepan.
Once the butter has melted, add the cornflakes.
Cover the pan and wait for the kernels to pop, which may take a few minutes.
Pour the popcorn into a bowl and sprinkle generously with Flower of Salt and Palm Sugar.
