Lemons
Place the gelatine sheets in a bowl of cold water for 10 minutes to soften.
Slice the lemons in half and remove the flesh. Take 100ml juice of the flesh and set aside.
In a saucepan, combine water, agave syrup, and Tropical Delight Infusion. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Once boiling, remove from the heat and let the mixture infuse for 2-3 minutes.
Add the lemon juice to the infused mixture, then transfer everything to a large bowl.
Remove the gelatine sheets from the cold water and squeeze out any excess water. Add them to the bowl with the mixture.
Stir well until the gelatine sheets are completely dissolved. Pour the mixture into the lemon shell or in moulds.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
