Petals of Ginger
Recognized for its antioxidant and immunity-boosting properties, Ginger was one of the first Asian spices to arrive in Europe around the 4th century BC. Our Ginger is harvested while still young, peeled and immediately dried at low temperature to retain all its aromas.
Victim of its success
Harvested while still young, peeled and dehydrated at low temperature to retain all its aromas, ginger petals will reveal their health benefits in hot or iced herbal tea, in broth or soup.
Ginger contains a wide range of nutrients that reduce fatigue, relieve inflammation, improve digestion, protect and strengthen the immune system. Ginger is a concentrate of benefits, especially when consumed as an infusion.
Start by boiling water for your tea. When boiling, pour the water into your teapot.
Place in the teapot 1-2 full spoon of petals of ginger per cup and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes (depending of your personal taste, if you like it light or strong).
It is always better to drink infusions without sugar and taste the product by itself. Or preferably use honey, which will pair deliciously and enhance the benefits of Ginger.
You can also let it cool down and drink an iced ginger tea.
Of a very high quality, these petals can be re-infused 2 to 3 times after the first use. This infusion, with a lighter taste, will allow you to fully benefit from this product.
Once the package is open, we recommend that you keep the Ginger petals in a closed jar, protected from light and moisture, so that it retains all its flavor.
