The kaffir lime is a tree of the family Citrus (Citrus Hystrix). The leaves, traditionally used in Cambodian cuisine, develop a unique citrus scent. Kaffir lime leaves are harvested by hand and immediately washed and dried at a low temperature.
They are immediately packed to retain all their aroma.
Perfect for fish, curries, soups, used in water to cook rice, desserts.
Once the package is opened, we recommend that you keep the Kaffir Lime leaves in an airtight container, in a dry area, away from light and moisture, so that it retains all its flavor and aroma.
