What is the Kampot pepper millésime?
This Millésime Kampot Pepper is the essence of Kampot pepper and can be compared to a late harvest for wine. The bunches are harvested at full maturity at the end of the picking season.
The quantities of black and red peppercorns are different for each bunch and depends on the weather conditions at that time. The 2025 vintage Kampot pepper benefited from a sunny and warm weather.
Flavors
Kampot Pepper 2025 is rich in aroma, less tangy and fruitier than Kampot Black Pepper. The berries, scalded and sun-dried, are black and dark red.
The whole clusters are processed without colour selection.
Culinary uses
Kampot Pepper 2025 goes perfectly with rice, vegetables, sweet and savoury dishes, foie gras and will surprise your guests with a crème brûlée, pan-fried fruit, chocolate cake, pear crumble or pudding.
To best preserve your Kampot Pepper millésme, we recommend that you pour the sachet into the food-safe Kraft tube, removing the oxygen absorber. It should be kept in a cupboard to protect it from light and damp.
