The Kampot Pepper Mustard is produced in France following traditional and artisanal methods, including the use of a stone mill to crush the mustard seeds. This technique guarantees an authentic texture and preserves the rich aromas of the mustard.
This blend of French expertise and Cambodiaβs distinctive spices creates a powerful yet subtly spiced mustard that maintains the authenticity of each ingredient. Every jar pays tribute to the rich culinary traditions and flavours of two distinct regions.
Kampot Pepper is renowned worldwide for its exceptional organoleptic qualities. As one of only two peppers globally to receive Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status, its complex flavours are derived from the unique terroir of Kampot, Cambodia.
