This artisanal process, carried out in collaboration with Maison Clarance, ensures a smooth mustard full of flavour.
The selection of mustard seeds is crucial to guarantee an authentic, natural taste. Our seeds are carefully chosen from local crops and processed in France to create a mustard of exceptional quality.

The Mustard with Bird’s Eye Chillies is the spiciest in our range. It is enriched with Red Bird’s Eye Chilli, a small pepper native to Southeast Asia, also known as “bird chilli” or “Thai chilli”. This chilli is famed for its intense heat as well as its distinctive aromatic notes.
