This Lok Lak spice blend is a rich, coarsely ground mix of Cambodian peppers and aromatic spices, crafted without salt. It brings intensity and depth to meat, tofu, and vegetable dishes.
The blend includes black, red, and white Kampot peppers, red long pepper, lemon verbena berries, coriander, paprika, and star anise.
Black Kampot pepper gives warmth, red adds a subtle sweetness, white brings fresh sharpness, and long pepper offers a lingering heat. Verbena pepper adds citrus notes, while coriander and star anise balance the flavor. Paprika enhances the color and mildness.
What Is Lok Lak?
