Preheat your oven to 170°C. Prepare an ungreased cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour and baking powder. Add the sugar mix well.
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Place the egg whites in separate bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, water, and neutral oil and and Moringa powder until well combined.
Gradually add the egg yolk mixture to the dry ingredients, and mix until smooth and well combined.
Beat the egg whites with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
Take a good spoon of the egg white and fold into the batter to soften. Then incorporate the rest of the egg whites until fully incorporated.
Pour the batter into the cake pan, and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove the cake from the oven and let it cool upside down on a wire rack to prevent it from collapsing.
Once completely cooled, carefully remove the cake from the pan. Slice and serve the moringa chiffon cake, and enjoy!
