Black Mondulkiri Pepper

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and freshly ground Black Mondulkiri Pepper.
Generously coat each chop with Red Curry Wholegrain Mustard.
In a bowl, whisk together the egg and a dash of milk.
Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow plate.
Dip each mustard-coated chop into the egg mixture, then press into the breadcrumbs to coat thoroughly.
Press lightly to help the crumbs adhere.
Heat a bit of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Cook the pork chops for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
