Mix all the ingredients until a ball forms. Knead until very smooth and elastic for 5 to 10 minutes.
Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into equal pieces. (4-6)
Heat a frying pan with oil over medium heat. Flatten a piece of dough into a thin patty on an oiled surface. Cook the patty for 2 minutes on each side.
Cut the figs in half and set aside.
Put a little oil in a frying pan and add the mustard. Cover and leave to melt for a few minutes. Add the Curry Leaves and a little olive oil and cook for a few minutes.
Add the figs, garlic powder, Chilli Flakes and honey and cook for 10 minutes over a low heat. Serve on a patty.
