Toast a slice of bread. Lightly butter. Slice the cherry tomatoes. Add the tomatoes to the toast and spread the sardines over the top. Garnish with lemon zest, parsley, Kampot Flower of Salt, Red Kampot Pepper and Khmer Ketchup Sauce.
