Preheat the oven to 220°C and place a piece of baking paper on a baking tray. Combine the parmesan and spices in a bowl. Place one tablespoon of parmesan per chip on the baking sheet, forming 12 slightly flattened piles. Place in the oven for 3-4 minutes, watching regularly, and leave to rest for a few minutes.
