Sauce Duo aus Wilden Kardamomen
Whisk the eggs and sugar until thick and pale, about 6 minutes. Place the flour and baking powder in a separate bowl and mix. Sift the flour in three stages, mixing with a spatula. Add the butter to the dough and mix until smooth. Chill for 3 hours.
Heat the oven to 210°C. Bake the madeleines for 4 minutes, then lower the temperature to 180°C and bake for a further 6 minutes. Serve with the Wild Cardamom Duo Sauce.
