Our low-fat cacao powder is produced from cocoa beans cultivated in the mountainous region of Mondolkiri. The beans are slowly roasted to develop their flavour before being finely ground into powder. To this pure cocoa base, spices such as Long Pepper and Wild Cardamom are added, giving this ready-to-use cacao mix its distinctive spiced character.
This cacao powder blend combines premium quality cacao with rare spices:
- Cacao powder: sourced from Bunong variety beans, offering a rich and complex taste.
- Long Pepper: providing a subtle, spicy note.
- Wild Cardamom: adding a delicate camphor-like flavour.
This unsweetened cacao powder offers a healthy alternative to traditional sweetened cocoa mixes.
