This Dragon fruit hot sauce is crafted from fresh, locally sourced ingredients grown on our farm in Cambodia.
It combines ripe pink dragon fruit, with its delicate strawberry-like aroma, and hibiscus, which adds a floral and slightly tangy note. Together, they balance the sweetness and acidity, softening the heat of red chili peppers.
We also add long pepper leather (peeled and dried long pepper), which enriches the blend with deep, slightly woody and spicy undertones.
The result is an artisanal dragon fruit hot sauce with a vibrant pink colour and a perfect balance between fruity sweetness, floral freshness, and a controlled spiciness.
