Green Chilies Duo Sauce
Our Green Chilies Duo Sauce is perfect for oysters, fish and seafood, but will quickly become a must-have on your table at every meal.
Victim of its success
A perfect, slightly hot and
tangy sauce
Our Green Chilies Duo Sauce balances the acidity of green tomato and lime, the sweetness of sugar and the spiciness of Green Bird Chili and Green Kampot Pepper.
The sauce is 1/5 strong (lightly spicy), with the Bird Chilli used sparingly and accompanied by the Green Sweet Long Chili which gives it a nice vegetal touch.
Although the Green Chilies Duo Sauce was initially ordered to accompany oysters and seafood, it can be used in many other ways.
Our Green Chilies Duo Sauce will appeal to those who like a slightly spicy touch to spice up a dish. It has a nice fluid texture and depending on your appetite for chili, you can add a few drops or a teaspoon.
You can use it as a condiment:
– Dressing or mayonnaise, tempura sauce, grilled chicken or beef tartar
– Oysters, scallops, ceviche or fish or shrimp
– Mexican specialities (burritos, tacos), nachos, grilled tofu, sweet potatoes, chips
– Bloody Mary cocktail or tomato juice
– Gaspacho
– Rougail (sausage or tomato)
As our sauces do not contain any preservatives, we advise you to keep the Green Chilies Duo Sauce in the refrigerator after opening.
Shake the bottle well before use.
