Our Fleur de Sel is the result of meticulous work by independent salt workers dedicated to preserving a traditional harvesting method inherited from the past. These custodians of tradition enrich our Smoked Blend by carefully harvesting Fleur de Sel by hand during the dry season, when weather conditions are ideal.
