White Turmeric – Zedoary – Powder

Use it the same way as ginger, in fish curries or in paste with ginger and turmeric, to marinate chicken or lamb before cooking.
Or sprinkle a little white turmeric powder over steamed or baked fish, with a drizzle of olive oil.
