Tomato juice

Smoked Chili Sauce
2-3 drops

Worcestershire Sauce
3 drops

Fleur de Sel
1 pinch

Black Mondulkiri Pepper
freshly ground, to taste

Salt & Pepper Blend
for the rim of the glass

Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of your glass.
Dip the rim in the Salt & Pepper Blend.
In a shaker, pour the tomato juice, vodka, lemon juice, Smoked Chili Sauce, Worcestershire sauce, Fleur de Sel and Black Mondulkiri Pepper.
Add a few ice cubes to the shaker and shake gently. (If you don’t have a shaker, mix directly in the glass.)
Fill the prepared glass with ice cubes.
Pour the mixture into the glass.
Add a stalk of celery, a wedge of lemon.
