In a saucepan, add the Star Anise, cinnamon, Young Ginger powder, Palm Flower sugar and lemon zest.
Squeeze the orange juice into the pan. Add a few slices. Pour in the red wine.
Heat the mixture over a low heat without bringing to the boil, stirring regularly. Leave to simmer for around 20 minutes to allow the flavours to blend.
Serve hot in glasses. Enjoy!
