Green Chili Duo Sauce

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place 2 slices of bacon on a baking tray with a baking sheet and cook for around 12 minutes.
Mix together the oat bran, 1 tablespoon of yoghurt and 1 egg. Lightly oil a frying pan and cook the mixture for 3 minutes on each side until the patty is cooked through.
Place the patty, the remaining tablespoon of yoghurt, 1 tablespoon of Green Pepper Duo Sauce and the bacon slices on a plate. Serve hot, and add a little chilli sauce if you like it hotter!
