Our Smoked Chilli Sauce is carefully crafted through an artisanal process that ensures the highest quality of ingredients.

We begin by selecting specially smoked red chillies and Paprika, giving the sauce its distinctive flavour. The selection of smoked black Kampot pepper is also done with precision.

The red chillies, sweet long chillies, and black Kampot pepper undergo a traditional cold smoking process. This technique preserves the freshness of the ingredients while infusing the sauce with subtle and complex smoky notes.

Fresh ingredients such as garlic, tomato, and lime are meticulously added to the smoked spices. This combination creates a harmonious balance between the chilli’s heat, the pepper’s aromatic richness, and the freshness of the other ingredients.

The entire transformation process takes place in our own sauce lab in Kampot, allowing us to maintain full control over the product’s quality, from ingredient selection to the final creation of the sauce.

After preparation, the Smoked Chilli Sauce is immediately bottled. This swift step ensures the maximum preservation of the sauce’s intense aromas and authentic flavours.

Packaging is done on-site at our Kampot farm, helping to maintain the product’s freshness and preserve its unique character until it reaches your taste buds.

Cold smoking, performed with carefully selected rice husks and coconut chips, brings the authentic flavours of the region to our sauce. Each drop reveals a subtle balance between the intoxicating heat of the chilli and the smoky nuances, creating a captivating sensory experience. We have perfected this technique to capture the authentic aromas of our Kampot terroir.
