Toast a slice of farmhouse bread.
Cut the beetroot and figs into pieces. Spread the goat’s cheese on the bread and add the beetroot and figs. Top with the baby greens. Add a drizzle of olive oil, Kampot Black Pepper, salt and Green Kampot Pepper sauce.
