Produced in France in collaboration with Maison Clarance, and made from carefully selected French mustard seeds, our mustard stands out for its whole seeds, offering a real explosion of flavour. This surprising characteristic is enhanced by a subtle blend of spices sourced directly from Cambodia.

The Khmer Red Curry used in our recipe is one of our most popular spice blends. It’s made from a selection of premium ingredients including mild red long chilli, lemongrass stalks, dried garlic, long red pepper, turmeric, annatto, fleur de sel, and other rare spices.
