In a bowl, mix the ricotta with a little honey.
Peel the mango and cut it in half, removing the pit. Cut it into thin slices.
Fill the bottom of a ramekin with the ricotta and honey mixture. Place the mango slices carefully on top of each other.
Sprinkle with a few Kaffir Lime Zests.
