Preheat your oven to 185 °C. Cut the cauliflower florets.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Pour the sauce over the florets and mix well. Bake on a baking sheet for 20 minutes.
P.S.: This simple marinade can be used with all vegetables and meats. For a change from Khmer Masala Sauce, you can also use Smoked Chilli Sauce, or Khmer Ketchup Sauce for a milder version.
