Toast a slice of bread. Cut the tomatoes into slices. Add a little stracciatella and tomato slices to the toasted bread. Garnish with buckwheat seeds and zaatar. Season with a drizzle of olive oil, Kampot Flower of Salt and Black Kampot Pepper Sauce.
