Kampot green pepper Sauce is a one-of-a-kind creation, crafted with freshly harvested green pepper as the main ingredient, making it an exceptional product. This sauce has been recognized with prestigious awards such as the Epicure Gold 2022 and Best Of Gourmet 2021. Its production is limited to the three-month harvest season, executed with passion and precision. Exclusively produced in June and July, this sauce is offered as a limited edition, benefiting from our expertise as a producer and distributor in a short supply chain, ensuring the productβs optimal freshness.
The manufacturing process begins with the grinding of fresh green pepper, followed by meticulous cooking with selected ingredients. Moringa leaves are added at the end, imparting a distinctive and nutritional touch to the sauce.
Classified with a mild heat level of 1/5, our Kampot green pepper sauce offers a culinary experience accessible to all palates, subtly combining the unique taste of Kampot pepper with delicate notes.
After the cooking process is completed, the sauce is immediately bottled and sealed, preserving its authenticity and aroma.
Creating a ready-to-use pepper sauce using fresh green pepper, which is highly perishable, was a significant challenge. After months of research, our sauce lab orchestrated a complex logistics chain to develop this Kampot Green Pepper Sauce. Enriched with herbs and spices from our farm, it preserves the freshness and vibrant characteristics of Kampot Green Pepper.
